Cross in Glory

This cross is made from 3/8 inch thick walnut.  Finished with cutting board oil. Dimensions are 4.75 by 8.5 inches.

Sun:  It is masculine, as opposed to the moon, which is feminine.  A sign of the joy and hope that dispels the darkness and despair of sin, the sun symbolizes Christ's resurrection.
